- Sustain a professional code of practice and refresher training program for all our people.
- Sustain ethical procedures to avoid participating in unethical conduct or illegal practices.
- Install systems that promote confidentiality and respect privacy in all our business affairs.
- Support any of our employees with legitimate concerns to challenge unethical behavior and respond applicably.
- Take part in suitable industry ingenuities to promote business truthfulness.
- Cooperate with clients, partners and collaborators with due concern that their ethical commitments are in line with our own.
- Maintain our systems and procedures under systematic review to prove that they remain relevant and balanced.
Governance
The Professional Conduct and Ethics policy at Apple Vision limited is developed by the board and implemented across all the operations of Apple Vision limited through rules, procedures and guidelines. This policy is reviewed and approved annually or more often as required. The Chief Operations Officer shall act for Apple Vision limited in ensuring that plans are developed and implemented to enable us to achieve the objectives set out in this policy while fulfilling applicable legal, regulatory and other requirements.
