CPA David Mutebe

David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) backed by solid experience in accounts management, audits and tax consulting. He holds a diploma in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree, and CPA-Uganda. Additionally, he is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) candidate at Uganda Management Institute (UMI). Moreover, he is an expert in the application of GAAPS, IFRSs, taxation and data analytics.
He gathers his experience from the formerly Kamuli Town Council and currently a Municipality, Posta Uganda, KAL Associates CPA, and Uganda Revenue Authority from 2010 to date serving in various capacities of accounts assistant, tax officer, cashier and senior accounts assistant, Accountant and Audit and Tax Manager. As such, he is a highly technical and experienced user of Quick books, MS Office, MS Office Suite, Microsoft Dynamics GP, QuickBooks, Tally, Pastel, ERP systems and SAP. Also, he is experienced in delivering fiscally responsible strategies to resolve financial and accounting challenges, propel corporate growth and strengthen compliance.
