Chief Operations Officer
Rogers has over 7 years of working experience as an engineer in the power sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, both from Makerere University.
He is an expert in power system planning, standards and specifications preparation, operations, analysis and design, project planning, co-ordination and supervision, project and contract management for power transmission and distribution projects, having worked in the planning and projects divisions and also having worked closely with international consultants as either counterpart and/or co-ordinator on various project assignments at the utility.
Rogers has conducted and successfully completed many assignments including:
- Sub consultant for consultancy services for the review of the power sector reforms in Uganda.

As such, he is an expert in feasibility studies, project management and consultancy, contract management, power sector regulation, operation and maintenance of power systems and power equipment, power systems planning and design, power infrastructure construction and power systems equipment installation. He holds membership with a number of professional bodies such as IEEE Power Engineering Society, USA and Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Inc, USA. In that regard, he presents his assignments with respect to professional ethics and integrity. Moreover, he is a smart engineer with excellent leadership and organization, focused to satisfying customer needs within agreed timelines and financial constraints.
